Spindrift – A one-bedroom apartment, mint-new with a drop-dead sea view, for two is simply spectacular. Accessed by funicular or steps, it’s elevated enough to command 180° views of False Bay, set back enough from the high street to be peaceful, and yet close enough to the village to walk to the harbor, the beaches, the pavement cafés, restaurants and bars for which Kalk Bay is famous. Wine farms, golf courses and big-ticket sites such as Cape Point, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch, The Waterfront and Robben Island are easily accessible by car via nearby highways.
Whalehaven – A two bedroom apartment, in the heart of the village, with a view-to-die for, for four is only metres from the sea, has been renovated with painstaking care. It’s perfect for a single person, couples or a young family. The apartment is on the second floor of an original Edwardian building so the view is spectacular. Everything is easily accessible from here. The beaches and bars, the harbour, the mountain and loads of restaurants are all within walking distance.
